The Spiritual Care Collaborative is an ecosystem of spiritual care organizations building a sustainable ecosystem to support the personal, spiritual, and professional formation of spiritual care clinicians. In this ecosystem, spiritual care practitioners can learn from one another's experiences, challenge one another, and participate in one another's formation.

We believe the work of spiritual care begins with the formation of the person providing that care. Every patient, client, student, colleague, conversation, loss, conflict, and unexpected encounter has the potential to change how we see ourselves, how we see others, and how we enter the next encounter.

What brings us together is a shared desire to become more thoughtful, grounded, and human in the way we care for others. SCC creates spaces where we can pay attention to that formation together. We gather for conversations, workshops, webinars, continuing education, live events, and courses. We share resources. We help people explore institutional chaplaincy, spiritual direction, and the provision of clinically-informed spiritual care within parishes. We provide training for those pursuing those callongs, and we support those who have been doing this work for decades.
