The Spiritual Care Collaborative is a loose partnership of organizations committed to advancing spiritually grounded care through shared administrative and technological infrastructure, collective wisdom, and mutual support. We provide a common platform for hosting websites and courses, cultivating community, and reducing costs—so each member organization can focus on its core mission while benefiting from collaborative strength. Rooted in professional integrity and diverse lived experience, our network includes certifying bodies, training programs, and spiritual care innovators, spiritual directors, therapists, coaches, and soul-centered leaders. Together, we’re building a sustainable ecosystem for formation, education, and connection—equipping those who care for others to stay on mission.
Our Mission

The Spiritual Care Collaborative exists to equip and sustain those who provide soul-centered care across diverse settings. By uniting organizations that train, certify, and support spiritual caregivers, we create shared access to resources, learning environments, and community infrastructure. Our mission is to reduce isolation, increase impact, and build a sustainable ecosystem for the formation and flourishing of chaplains, spiritual directors, psychospiritual clinicians, coaches, and vocational leaders. We believe the people who hold space for others deserve spaces that hold them—with integrity, depth, and mutual support. Shared resource packages including hosting and CRM management starting at just $100/month, with add-on packages for virtual assistance and social media management.
The Spiritual Care Collaborative is an initiative of Concordia Clinical, a professional organization that creates, builds, and administers high-quality spiritual care programs across clinical, educational, and community settings.
