The Spiritual Care Collaborative is a partnership of organizations committed to advancing spiritually grounded care through shared infrastructure, collective wisdom, and mutual support. We provide a common platform for hosting courses, cultivating community, and reducing costs—so each member organization can focus on its core mission while benefiting from collaborative strength. Rooted in professional integrity and diverse lived experience, our network includes certifying bodies, training programs, and spiritual care innovators serving chaplains, directors, therapists, and soul-centered leaders. Together, we’re building a sustainable ecosystem for formation, education, and connection—equipping those who care for others to stay grounded, resourced, and well-supported.

The Spiritual Care Collaborative is an initiative of Concordia Clinical, a professional organization that creates, builds, and administers high-quality spiritual care programs across clinical, educational, and community settings.
