Fellowship of Integral Spirituality

The Fellowship of Integral Spirituality (FOIS) is an interspiritual community rooted in practice, not dogma. Drawing from multiple wisdom traditions, FOIS offers a path shaped by six core practices—service, devotion, contemplation, study, embodiment, and ritual. It’s a space for people who value both spiritual depth and real-world integration. Rather than asking members to believe the same things, FOIS invites each person to show up honestly, practice consistently, and grow in community. Whether you're mystic, seeker, or simply curious, FOIS holds space for your journey—offering rhythm, reflection, and a shared commitment to living with intention and integrity.
